Accountdesq provides free, browser-based accounting tools including invoice generators, financial statement builders, and tax/finance calculators. All processing occurs client-side in your browser; we do not require account registration to use the core tools.

The Accountdesq name, logo, and website design are the property of Accountdesq. Documents you generate using our tools (invoices, statements, etc.) are entirely yours — you retain full ownership and may use them for any personal or commercial purpose without attribution.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accountdesq and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to errors in generated documents, tax miscalculations, or data loss due to browser issues.
Because Accountdesq does not store your data on our servers, we have no ability to recover documents, calculations, or entries you have not exported and saved yourself. You are responsible for downloading and backing up any PDF, Excel, or other output you wish to keep.
We strive to keep Accountdesq available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
